Here is the trick to add others from another pod. On top of page search user@otherpod.com wait about 1 minute if they are not found. Now use the top search box again and search that user@otherpod.com there. If nada then wait a few min and search again. Just needs time to get the data moved from pod to pod.
I’m trying to do that between diasp.org and monocle.dyndns.org. Doens’t work for now with this method…

I dont think a pod running in port 3000 is considered production, the servers will not be able to connect if not port 80 from what i can see via firebug
It’s working asking from monocle to diasp but not the other way. And I just find the diasp.org contact, but I can’t add it…

I’m wondering why I can’t subscribe to an identi.ca user? webfinger works and they use pubsubhubbub etc. Is there some missing glue?
I don’t even think identi.ca and diaspora are supposed to work together are they? Think you may be way ahead of the gang.
