Well its been a year again since my last blog post.. I moved to the east coast from the west coast, getting settled in. We have a new dog and 2 new cats here at the house. Not been as active on the pod as I would like, I think the slowness bugs me, but the new server and the move to postgresql makes a HUGE difference. Happy 2016!
On the pod front, I got a new dedicated server to move the pod to at the same host. I have it set up, but still working on migrating the mysql db to postgresql first.
Specs on new server are:
Dual Intel Xeon X5650 2.66GHz HexaCore w/HT
32 GB Ram
240 GB SSD
Ipv6 also now. Its about 2x the CPU we have now, a much faster HD and Ipv6 now ava.
